Professor Paul Thornton from University of Hawaii Maui College has already saved his students nearly $2500 by adopting an open textbook for his Psychology 212: Research Methods course. The text, a collaborative effort by Rajiv Jhangiani, Carrie Cuttler, and Dana C. Leighton, truly “belongs to the commons” according to Jhangiani.
